Requirements

1. A scan copy of Application Form
2. A scanned and notarized copy of the original academic transcript and Diploma of Highest Academic Qualification
3. A scanned copy of the passport information page valid for more than one year (with the name and passport number)
4. A scanned copy of the Physical Examination Form within 6 months, and a detailed laboratory blood test report from the same hospital must be affixed. Attention, the physical examination should be made after March 20, 2026.
5. A scanned copy of Notarial Certificate of Non-criminal Punishment within 6 months. A sealed photograph of the applicant should be affixed on the certificate issued after March 20, 2026.

7. A HSK certificate such as HSK 4 certificate (programs of Chinese medium, including those who want to join Chinese students class to study) or an English Proficiency Certificate such as TOFEL 80 or IELTS 6 or EF 60 (programs of English medium)
8. A Bank Remittance Certificate for application fee (with the application number, depositor’s full name and student passport number)
9. A proof of financial guarantee of at least $6,000
10. A school performance certificate issued by the original university (if the applicant has studied in China before )

Getting a China Study Visa

1. Choose the Right University

Select a recognized Chinese university and study program that matches your academic goals and career aspirations.

2. Apply for Admission

Complete the university application and submit all required academic documents, passport copies, and supporting materials.

3. Receive Your Admission Letter

Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an official admission letter along with the required visa documents from the university.

4. Prepare Your Visa Documents

Gather all necessary documents, including your passport, admission letter, visa application form, passport-sized photographs, financial proof (if required), and other supporting documents.

5. Submit Your Visa Application

Submit your complete application to the Chinese Visa Application Center or the Chinese Embassy/Consulate in your country.

6. Attend an Interview (If Required)

Some applicants may be asked to attend a visa interview or provide additional documentation during the assessment process.

7. Receive Your China Study Visa

After your application is approved, your study visa will be issued, allowing you to travel to China for your studies.
