Welcome to Zumarah Visa Consultancy. By using our services, submitting your documents, or making any payment, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
Zumarah Visa Consultancy provides consultancy, documentation assistance, application guidance, and case preparation services for visit visas, tourist visas, business visas, conference visas, and related immigration support services for countries including but not limited to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Schengen States, and other destinations.
2. Nature of Services
Zumarah Visa Consultancy acts solely as a visa consultancy and advisory service provider. We are not:
- an embassy,
- a consulate,
- a government authority,
- or an immigration decision-making body.
Final approval or refusal of any visa application rests exclusively with the respective embassy, consulate, immigration officer, or foreign government authority.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- provide complete, truthful, and accurate information;
- submit genuine and authentic documents;
- disclose all previous visa refusals, immigration history, criminal history, or legal proceedings;
- cooperate during the preparation and submission process.
The client understands that any:
- fake documents,
- misrepresentation,
- concealment of facts,
- or misleading information
may result in visa refusal, bans, legal consequences, or termination of services.
Zumarah Visa Consultancy shall not be liable for consequences arising from false or incomplete information provided by the client.
4. Consultancy & Processing Fees
All consultancy, assessment, documentation, and processing fees charged by Zumarah Visa Consultancy are service-based charges and not embassy fees unless explicitly stated.
Non-Refundable Advance Fee
The client acknowledges and agrees that:
- the advance processing fee/deposit paid to Zumarah Visa Consultancy is strictly non-refundable under all normal circumstances;
- consultancy charges cover:
- case assessment,profile evaluation,documentation review,consultation time,strategic guidance,administrative processing,
- and professional services rendered.
No refund shall be provided after:
- initiation of processing,
- consultation sessions,
- documentation review,
- appointment booking,
- or preparation of application materials.
5. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Zumarah Visa Consultancy does not guarantee:
- visa approval,
- visa issuance,
- processing time,
- interview waiver,
- or immigration clearance.
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or immigration authorities based on:
- applicant eligibility,
- immigration laws,
- security checks,
- financial assessment,
- travel history,
- and officer discretion.
Any verbal or written assessment by Zumarah Visa Consultancy is only an opinion based on experience and does not constitute a guarantee.
6. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Zumarah Visa Consultancy shall not be held responsible for delays, refusals, losses, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- embassy or consulate decisions;
- changes in immigration laws or policies;
- appointment unavailability;
- political situations;
- travel restrictions;
- pandemics;
- technical system failures;
- embassy strikes;
- background/security checks;
- administrative processing;
- natural disasters;
- war or force majeure events.
7. Visa Refusal
In case of visa refusal:
- consultancy and processing charges remain non-refundable;
- embassy fees, biometric fees, courier charges, translation charges, and third-party service charges are also non-refundable unless refunded directly by the embassy.
Zumarah Visa Consultancy may, at its discretion, provide limited post-refusal guidance; however, reapplication services may require additional charges.
8. Document Handling
Clients are responsible for maintaining copies of all submitted documents.
While Zumarah Visa Consultancy exercises reasonable care in handling documents, the company shall not be liable for:
- document loss caused by courier companies,
- embassy handling,
- technical submission systems,
- or third-party service providers.
9. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All client information and documents shall be treated confidentially and used solely for:
- visa processing,
- consultation,
- and related professional services.
However, the client authorizes Zumarah Visa Consultancy to share relevant information with:
- embassies,
- visa centers,
- government authorities,
- and authorized third-party service providers
where necessary for visa processing purposes.
10. Communication
The client agrees that communication may take place through:
- WhatsApp,
- email,
- telephone,
- video conferencing,
- or social media platforms.
The client is responsible for regularly checking communications and responding promptly to requests for documents or information.
11. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Zumarah Visa Consultancy be liable for:
- indirect losses,
- travel losses,
- ticket losses,
- hotel bookings,
- business losses,
- emotional distress,
- or consequential damages arising from visa refusal or delays.
Clients are advised not to:
- purchase non-refundable tickets,
- make irreversible travel commitments,
- or finalize travel plans
until a visa has been officially issued.
12. Termination of Services
Zumarah Visa Consultancy reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:
- false information is provided,
- fraudulent documents are submitted,
- the client behaves abusively,
- or the client violates applicable laws or these Terms & Conditions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Pakistan.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By:
- signing the agreement,
- making payment,
- submitting documents,
- or using our services,
the client confirms that they have:
- read,
- understood,
- and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
